All information is collected via the “Updated Informed Consent” form in each client’s TherapyNotes patient portal.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (through our “Updated Informed Consent” form or website opt-in), you consent to receive SMS messages from JTL Counseling Services related to appointment scheduling, reminders, and billing information. Message frequency will vary based on your activity. Standard carrier rates may apply.
